Chocolate fudge cake

I always do this recipe.It's a favorite cake of my home.You are like a chocolate.Aren't you?
If you say yes,enjoy it!!!










the frist part
160 g cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp.vanilla powder
1/2 tsp. salt
50 g cocoa powder
200 g caster sugar

Put all ingredient in the frist bowl and mix it together.

the second part
100 g water
50 g evaporated milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
125 g oil
4 egg yolk

Put all ingredient in the second bowl and mix it together.

After that put ingradient in part 1 and 2 together agin.

the third part
4 egg white
100 g caster sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tata

whipping egg white until it's a bubble. then, put caster sugar and cream of tata on the egg white.whipping it continually until it's like a cream.

After that stir egg white whipping on the 1+2 bowl, until just comined.

Spread mixture into prepared pan (4 pounds pan)

Bake in hot oven(400F) about 20-25 min.

the fourth part (chocolate fudge cream)

1 tsp. gelatine powder
300 g water
50 g evaporated milk
200 g caster sugar
50 g cocoa powder
(2)
40 g corn flour
150 g evaporated milk

(3)
150 g butter

Combine all ingredient in (1) in small saucepan.use low heat until just boil.
mix (2) together and pour in the first one.Stir over low heat until mixture is smooth;bring to boil.
It's become concentrated sauce. remove from heat;to cover the cake.

Cherry coconut brownies

125 g butter,chopped

200 g dark eating chocolate,chopped
1 cup (220 g) caster sugar
1 cup (110g) plain flour
1/4 cup (35 g) self-raising flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 eggs,beaten lightly
1/4 cup (20g) desiccated coconut
85g Cherry Ripe chocolate bar,chopped
1 tablespoon cocoa powder,extra

Preheat oven to moderate. Grease 23 cm-square
slab cake pan; line base and two opposite sides
with baking paper.
Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan;
stir over low heat, without boiling, until mixture is
smooth, Cool until just warm.
Stir in sugar, combined sifted flours and cocoa,
egg, coconut and haf of the Cherry Ripe,Spread
mixture into prepared pan; top with remaining
Cherry Ripe.
Bake in the moderate oven about 40 min.
Cool in pan; cut into 24 pieces, Dust brownies
with sifted extra cocoa.

Chocolate fudge brownies


150 g butter,chopped
300 g dark eating chocolate,chopped
1 1/2 cup (300g) firmly packed brown sugar
3 eggs,beaten lightly
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
3/4 cup (110g) plain flour
3/4 cup (140g) dark Choc Bits
1/2 cup (120g) sour cream
3/4 cup macadamias (110g), toasted, chopped coarsely
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Preheat oven to moderate. Grease 19cm*29cm rectangular slice pan; line base and two opposite sides with baking paper.
Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan; stir over low heat, without boiling, untill mixture is smooth. Cool untill just warm.
Stir in sugar,egg and essence, then sifted flour,Choc Bits, cream and nuts. Spread mixture into prepared pan
Bake in moderate oven about 40 minutes. Stand brownie in pan untill it reaches room temperature.
Cut into 12 pieces; dust with sifted cocoa to serve.

125 g butter,chopped

1 1/2 cups (330 g)caster sugar
3 eggs, beaten lightly
3/4 cup (110 g) plain flour
1/3 cup (50 g) self-raising flour
1/3 cup (35 g)cocoa powder

white chocolate layer
125 g butter,chopped
200 g white eating chocolate, chopped
1 cup (220 g) caster sugar
1/2 cup (75 g) plain flour
1/2 cup (75 g) self-raising flour

Preheat oven to moderate.Grease 23cm-square slab cake pan; line base and two opposite sides with baking paper.

Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan; stir over low heat, without boiling, until mixure is smooth, Cool until just warm.

Stir in sugar, egg,and combined sifted flours and cocoa, until just combined.

Spread mixture into prepared pan. Spread white chcolate layer over chocolate mixture.

Bake in moderate oven about 1 hour 20 minutes; if over-browning, cover with foil,Cool in pan.

Cut into 25 pieces.
White chocolate layer Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan; stir over low heat, without boiling, until mixture is smooth. Cool until just warm.Stir in sugar,egg and sifted flours until just combined.

per piece 14.7 g fat;1277kj (305 cal)

I ever do on above recipe,the result is good taste.

If you don't like sweet,you should reduce caster sugar.It will a perfect recipe for you.
